We have been serving our clients for years with deniable matters of refund. We still recommend our clients to read the refund policy before requesting for a refund.
- If by mistake or by any technical error, the company charges the clients double the price or extra price, we will refund the extra money right away if proper evidence is provided to us.
- If you have not received our service or the product that you order and you have contacted us at least 3 times and 3 days have passed, we will refund you the money if you provide us the proof of contact.
- For any reason you changed your mind about our services, you can request a refund within (mention desired hours), and if you do request a refund within (mentioned hours) the company will only deduce the transaction fee which is generally 5%. If the client comes after (mentioned time) then a deduction of 15% will be made because our paid team had already started working on it in the mentioned time.
If you are dissatisfied with the product or the service or it doesn’t meet your standards 24 hours after it has been delivered to you then you may request a refund, however, we would recommend you to use the unlimited free revisions, and if you are still not satisfied then you will be offered 3 options
- From our vast team, we will assign you a different writer who will write on the initial guidelines provided by you.
- We will allocate you free pages/assignment for future order with the same value
- If it is a compliance issue then a certain percent refund will be granted which would be decided on the mutual understanding of the client and the company. If your paper was on the accurate topic and everything on it was in order then no refund will be issued.
- All the refund requests can be sent to (email ID of the website)
- Delay in the delivery of the product due to technical reason may result in a partial refund or discount in the future based on the mutual understanding.
- Refund will not be issued if the delay was due to your lack of providing information regarding your order on the appropriate time.
- You will not be refunded with your money if you do not first avail the free revision feature.
Dispute Settlement Procedure
- Before contacting any intermediary the client must contact the company for the dissatisfaction or problem with the order delivered by the company.
- The matter will be considered as infringement and treated like one if the client contacts any intermediary before corresponding their concern to the company, the matter then will handled accordingly
- If both the parties fail to settle an agreement within the time period of (mention time period) then the client is free to contact any intermediary or third party.
